I'm starting to want to hire a wedding decorator for at least a backdrop and ceiling work. For those of you that have hired someone what is a normal or good price?

We are getting a decorator for both our wedding and reception area so our total cost is higher, plus we are getting married in a high cost area, Tampa.
For Pipe & Drape she is charging us 550, up lighting is 600. We are not doing a backdrop.
She also has a delivery and set up fee that is additional.
