I'd definitely hunt through local Facebook sell / swap groups and check out Wedding Recycle, eBay, BravoBride, Tradesy, wedzee, and Poshmark!

Check out Facebook groups for local weddings! I often see people looking to buy/sell their wedding decor in the groups that I am in. Search Facebook for something along the lines of, "[city/area name] brides" or "[city/area name] weddings", and share a post in that group with pretty much the same information that you listed here, but maybe also include your budget if you're trying to stay within a certain amount. Also check Etsy!

If you are crafty you can make that sign easy! I made mine for my wedding and I can’t wait to use it. It only cost about $25-$30, all you need is wood from homedepot and a oil based sharpie!

I second checking on Facebook marketplace. I've also found some really nice decor items on Etsy as well!
