Wedding day timeline

What would be a good timeline for a Thursday wedding. We have the venue (Castle McCulloch) from 430 to 11 with the ceremony at 6. Want to make the most of the time and have to include cocktail hour while photos are being done, dinner with toasts, cake cutting, first dance and father dance as well as the garter removal and bouquet toss. Any opinions or anyone been married here before.

Does the venue allow you time to setup prior to 4:30?

OK next question, you have 11 PM on a Thursday as the end time. Is that the time that the venue is completely shut down and everything has to be cleared out? What time do you see your guests leaving, and what time do you see your grand exit?

I’m just brainstorming here, so take all this with a grain of salt. Also your venue is STUNNING, I just looked up. Keep in mind sunset is at 5:10p in NC on your date. If your want outdoor photos or sunset photos, I’d recommend a first look or at least family portraits/bridals before the ceremony.
