When should I do the Bouquet Toss? My wedding is June 22nd 2019. It's coming up fast and I'm starting to feel overwhelmed with the details.

I like the idea or doing bouquet and garter toss type stuff before you go into opening the dance floor. It sort of sets up the upbeat vibe

Hey John! WOW, your wedding is fast approaching! I’m sure you are super excited!!

What about fitting the bouquet toss in between the shoe game and the first dances? Everyone will be relaxed after dinner and enjoying the shoe game so I think the bouquet toss fits perfectly in after that. Then once the dancing has started, you won’t have to worry about rounding everyone up again to do it. All you have to do is enjoy the rest of your evening!

I would do it after you open the dance floor. That's usually a nice activity to break up some dancing. I'd say 7 pm! Since you have such a unique timeline I wouldn't put it before cake cutting as that's first, not before dinner, and not right after the formal dances IMO.
