Wedding Day Timeline, and First look!!

My basic timeline goes. Start getting ready at 10am. (Guys are setting up reception area and will get ready at a different location and meet us at the first photo location) Lunch in amongst getting ready. Get dress on at 1:30. 2-4pm for First look photos, bridal party photos, and potentially some with my parents. Ceremony is at 4:30 and cocktail hour and reception to follow afterwards. If you are having a hair and makeup person she will be able to tell you how long that will take. And it'd be good to get personal photos and ones with your girls before the ceremony so there are less photos needed afterwards

This was ours (we did not do a first look). I also had a more detailed timeline for the reception, but since you're only asking about the ceremony I only included that portion:

8:00am-11:30 AM: Makeup & Hair

10:30am: Videographer Arrives @ Kristine's

12:00pm: DOC arrives at the venue to set up

1:30pm: Bridal Party will arrive at the venue (Includes: ALL parents, MOH, Flower Girl, reader & vendors).

2pm:

- Guests may begin arriving at the ceremony.

- Ceremony Musicians arrive

- Pastor arrives

2:30pm: Ceremony Starts

3-4pm: Family and Friend Photos to be completed by 4PM

- DOC will take down and pack up ceremony décor

5:00-6:15: Bride and Groom will take bridal portraits

5:00pm:

- Informal Cocktail Hour

- Band will arrives to set up

6:00pm: Seating begins for the reception

Mine is very much like JuneBride. We are doing my photos with my family and my bridesmaids before we go to the ceremony as I only want to pay the limo driver for 3 hours. As there are 6 of us getting ready at my parents and 3 of us are avi photographers, we are taking care of the getting ready photos (we all have great cameras) and our photographer will meet us just for the group photos.

Wedding celebration

11:30- Ceremony (45mins-1hour)

12:30- Easting & Photos (45mins-1hour)

1:30- Toasts (15mins)

1:45- Cake cutting (15mins)

2:00- Special dances (15mins)

2:15- Bouquet and garter toss (15mins)

2:30- Dancing starts (1½hours)

4:00- Send off

Bride & Bridesmaid morning timeline

7:00- Wake up

7:30- Arrive @ get ready room, bridesmaid’s hair

9:00- Bride’s hair, bridesmaid’s makeup

10:30- Bride’s makeup

10:50- Finish getting ready & Father’s first look

11:30- arrive at church

Gentlemen and helpers

7:00- head out to Ashland

8:00- Arrive at venue

10:00- Leave to apartment to get ready

10:30- Papa leaves to the first look

11:00- Show up at the church
