Hi All -

Hoping anyone can share their timelines - I'm struggling to get mine created and with all the ones online - I still can't seem to find one that fits! Lol

I'd like to do a 6 PM ceremony and a 12 AM reception end time

Myself and two other girls are getting makeup done

We are staying at a hotel across the street from venue - ceremony/reception will both take place at same venue

We ARE doing a first look

We'd also like a cocktail hour (doesn't have to be full hour/maybe 45 min?) and a plated dinner

Here’s what we did:

2:15-3:15 your hair (bridesmaid makeup)3:15-4:15 your makeup (bridesmaid hair)4:30-5:30 first look photos5:30-touch up hair & makeup6:00-6:30 ceremony6:30-7:30 cocktail hour 7:30-8:30 dinner8:30-midnight party!

Hi Krysten. I did not have a first look or an all-evening wedding, but I would recommend adding more getting ready time to Cece's timeline. If you have one (1) MUA and one (1) hair person, I would have 2 hrs makeup for you, WP 30-45 minutes each. Then pad time to get dressed, few getting-ready photos, and any surprise drop-in guests. **If you are having an outdoor wedding in humid July, revise or stay inside as much as possible for hair and makeup.
1:15pm: Artist set-up, Bridesmaid 1 makeup starts. Eat (don't forget).
1:30-2:30pm: Your hair/ Bridesmaid 2 makeup. Eat.
2:30-445pm: Your makeup, get dressed, any getting ready photos/ Bridesmaids hair.
445- 545pm: First look
545-6pm: peace and quiet/ makeup touchup
6pm: Ceremony
630-730: Cocktail hour (or 45 min)/ couple photos, WP and family photos
730-830: Dinner
830-12am: Reception party
