Wedding Day Tasked Delegates

You need someone to pick up your day off bag and collect all your personal items.
Someone to delegate vendors questions and last minute decisions.
Clean up in general ?

Unless you have a DOC you need a contact person for all of your vendors. You will also want someone to go check the reception room to ensure everything is setup like you wanted it. My friend also helped keep everything on the timeline schedule.

I told one of my MOH - you're my pee helper. Just in case I need help peeing in my dress aha. When I went she just stood outside the stall like "let me know if you need help" aha that was joking though, didn't need her for it ahaha.

If you have any kind of set up needed also you can designate by that. For instance, the groomsmen were in charge of helping the groom set up the drinks table at my wedding. We had another help set up the av system.
