    Clarifying questions to better help:
    - are you and/or your gals getting hair/makeup done at the venue (and if so, how many people need done and how many stylists will you have on hand to help)
-are you doing a first look-do you plan to take family/ group pictures - is there a cocktail hour- do you have a day of coordinator

If you are not having a cocktail hour when will you take pictures? Would need to be before the wedding.

Otherwise the reception will start without the couple, bridal party and families.

Talk to your makeup artist and photographer to come up with a plan.

How do you plan on taking pictures after the wedding if you don't have a coattail hour? What are your guest going to do while you take pictures? You need something.

If you don't want a first look:

    6:00 PM Ceremony

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Cocktail Hour (or whatever you plan to do with the guest during pictures)/Pictures

    7:30 PM Dinner Start

    8:00 PM Toast

    8:15 PM Cake Cutting

    8:20 PM First Dance

    8:25 PM Father Daughter Dance

    8:30 PM Mother Son Dance

    8:35 PM General Dancing/Partying

    10:00 PM Last Call

    10:15 PM Last Song

If you are open to a first look:

    1:00 PM Start Hair/Make-Up

3:00 PM Getting ready/Getting Ready Pics

3:45 PM All Dressed and Ready

    4:00 PM First Look

    4:30 PM Pictures

5:30 PM Doors Open for Guest

    6:00 PM Ceremony

    6:30 Dinner Start

    7:00 PM Toast

    7:15 PM Cake Cutting

    7:20 PM First Dance

    7:25 PM Father Daughter Dance

    7:30 PM Mother Son Dance

    7:35 PM General Dancing/Partying

    10:00 PM Last Call

    10:15 PM Last Song
