Wedding day coordinator?

Pros: your family doesn't have to work your wedding, they take care of everything, they make the timeline, they keep your vendors in line, they keep you on time, they make sure the night runs smoothly, they often times are at rehearsal, they make your vision come to life, they have way more experience than you on how to make the day perfect (my DOC even got my hotel room upgraded for free), they take care of literally everything.

Cons: budget...good ones aren't "cheap" but if you can make it work its worth your piece of mind for sure.

I agree with the previous post about the pros of having a wedding coordinator. My venue actually came with one, so i'm really happy about that. She will be around all night in case of any issues. But depending on your budget, you can have your master and mistress of ceremonies do all of the responsibilities a typical wedding coordinator would do.

My venue includes a coordinator and I'm so happy it does. If it didn't, I would have hired one on my own because it seriously makes a world of difference in my opinion. She keeps everything organized for me and makes sure I'm not track with everything. I'm very organized myself but she is an expert and I feel like it really helps keep me relaxed knowing she is on top of everything as well. She also will set up and break down all the décor and everything which I'm so thankful for. All I have to do is drop it off the day before and she takes it from there. I love that I won't have to worry about it.
