Wedding Cross for Altar - flower question!!

Those are very pretty! But are they are two different sizes of bouquets? The first one looks like it covers 75% of the top and sides of the cross and 25-30% of the bottom. While the second looks very centralized in the middle and hanging down just a foot or so from the center. I love the first one, so I would say 4 feet by 1.5 feet then go from there. Looks like about 25-30 flowers of different sizes. Good luck! I'm sure it will beautiful!

Hi Taylor! Are you working with a florist or trying to DIY? If you have a florist I'd just show them these inspiration pics! This is more of floral "swag" than a bouquet, and will be constructed differently so the back is flat and can be easily attached to the altar.

Hi Lynnie! Thanks for the help, I didn't really know what to call it so I just said bouquet (lol). I am working with a florist, but she is new and is a small business so she asked me for the dimensions I wanted.... which is what I'm unsure of. Thanks for your comment!

Gotcha!! I'd use Renee's approach for estimating the dimensions then! It might help to sketch your cross and the dimensions and figure out a few different ranges as well (for example: no smaller or larger than X by X).

I think the cross in the first image she posted is is smaller than 6x10, the second one definitely looks closer to 10 feet tall, so that it probably why the proportions look different.

I would send your florist the pictures. The second image looks like it's probably around 2ft wide, 3ft tall if I was to take a guess.
