My wedding is in October . I received an email stating my dress arrived today and I should call to schedule the first fitting. This whole Covid has me in all kind of moods. My FH says things will get worse before it gets better. “We should postpone it”


My bridal shower is June 20 And my bachelorette is in August.I dont know if im overreacting but I worked so damn hard for the past 16 months to have my day. What should I do???

    You are 7 months away.... you should be just fine. Cancelled my bachelorette, and waiting for someone to force me into cancelling the bridal shower and postpone my wedding on May 30th. I think you'll be OK.

    I’m also getting married in October. I already told FH that unless things aren’t back to normal by September, we’re not cancelling our wedding.

    We rescheduled our wedding next week to October 30 of this year so hopefully that’s enough time!!

    We are getting married October 10, and I dont believe we will have to postpone. I would wait until mid august or September even to stress about it. If it does get worse than itll get better, we are already a few weeks in so I think itll all be over before even September.

    Our wedding date is 10/10. If it comes down to it, I think we'll still get married with a smaller, more intimate group than we currently have planned for on our date and have our bigger shindig at a later date. If the venue cancels on us with enough notice, then I want to elope on his birthday (10/4).

    Thank you ladies! I will mostly definitely be on the look out. This is so nerve wrecking. Where I reside (NJ) the governor just shut down everything except essentials. All weddings bday parties and funerals are cancelled until further notice. My heart goes out to everyone suffering from this .
