Can I do without a wedding coordinator if I have an agenda for the day already?

The coordinator normally does a lot more than just handle the agenda. They make sure all of your vendors know what to do when they get there, they work on the setup of everything you need, etc. do you have someone helping you with all of that?

I think a you should appoint a day of coordinator to take care of everything on the agenda the day of the wedding. You’re going to be busy getting ready, you won’t want to be bothered with it. The day of coordinator could be a family member who doesn’t mind or a close friend if you’re looking to save money. As long as you have a clear itinerary and what needs to be done the day of.

They also handle setting up and taking down decor. If you can afford it, I would definitely recommend you have one!

Like PP have said, Usually the DOC does a lot more than the agenda. Mine will be doing the full set up and tear down, making sure all our personal belongings get back into our car before the end of the night. She is taking care of ALL day of coordination such as vendor coordination, arrivals, and details & She will be making sure the timeline goes as planned. My FH and I discussed that hiring a DOC so we won’t be stressed the day of, is worth EVERY penny 😊

Yes. But I also think it depends if your venue will have a manager there to help out?
