For the brides and grooms having to postpone or cancel :::::
VENUE contracts and VENDORS contracts :::

Are they reimbursing you a percentage for CANCELING your wedding ??????
If POSTPONING are they being cooperative with helping you find a new date , have access to the resources etc ????
ALLL the BEST to you brides and grooms out there during this Pandemic Time. I read your postings and didn’t really see no one saying if they are “working” out the logistics with you all to make it somewhat stress less and NOT costly !

Our vendors were 100% understanding, and my mua only requested an extra deposit to hold the new date. I would move fast if you're going to postpone - dates will probably be snapped up.

All of my vendors changed dates at no extra charge. They were all extremely nice and understanding.

For me:
Cancellation = Vendor keeps the deposit fee
Rescheduling = No extra fees, willing to help

I had a similar experience. I'm waiting g to hear from one vendor. My photographer is busy, but trying to reschedule her family portrait sessions or help me find a new photographer. She will obviously keep our deposit since she did our engagement photos.
