I am not familiar with an area but I think for a lake burgundy and peach or pink could be nice or a light blue and peach.

I think any colors would really work. I would based my decision on what colors I like or maybe the time of year. Certain colors tend to be season oriented than others.

I am getting married at Lake Tahoe in December. I was in between a deep forest/emerald green and a slate/dusty blue. Since we are doing a winter wedding I thought the green would be great for that season and would tie in well with all the trees there too.
Otherwise I would have gone with the blue.
What I’ve done is look at my venues Instagram and look at the pictures they’ve gotten tagged in and I was able to see pictures of other weddings.

Any colors work. We're on a river at our venue so we actually avoided blue so that the river would still stand out in the background. I'd recommend red, pink, or green shades.

Where are you having your wedding? I’m not getting married until May 22 2021. I was considering blue of sone sort. I just have so many different ideas that I’m having a hard time narrowing it down

West shore cafe! What about you?
You could totally do some light blues and some peaches I think that’s very spring and would look perfect at the lake

Forest Suites Resort. I have really been leaning towards Blue and Peach. But then think a light or dark Teal would look good against the water too

I don't know why, but sunrise colors came to mind. Slate blue, dusty pink, maybe peach or gold accents.

Oh I hadn’t looked into that resort but I just did and it looks so pretty!! Are you from the area?
Here are a few pictures of palettes I found on pinterest so you could do a mix of some teal, light blue, peach etc. I think the blue with pops of other colors would be super pretty!

    Pick your favorite colors.

I'm not a fan of the idea that you have to pick colors to match the season or the area, or ... whatever. Pick your favorite colors, because it's your wedding, and it should reflect you and your FS.

We live in Idaho now. I’m originally from California. My FH grew up in South Lake and my future in-laws still currently live there. We just spent a week there. The resort has all inclusive packages so I could have someone handling everything but I still get to pick colors, cake and flowers. We upgraded some. We are doing the wedding in the lake beach and then reception at the resort. Thanks for the photos. I like all the colors.
