I think icy blues and silvers would be great.

Is your wedding really in July?

Just curious, a winter wonderland theme in July is interesting.

I agree with PP, silver, white, and blue seem like the best colors for your theme.

You can go more elegant and have gold, dark blue, navy blue and ivory.

Http://www.softservenews.com/en/aurora-borealis-breaking-news/north-america-europe-get-northern-lights-show300031.html I have been to 3 weddings over the last 20 years that used the northern lights, or aurora borealis, as part of their winter wonderland type theme. Since few flowers easily available in summer are associated with winter, they each used shiny silver decoration things, and mirrors, and used uplights on white walls and ceiling. The 3rd or 4th pic on this says Michigan upper penninsula. The colors are quite distinctive. Each wedding used different dress colors. One bright navy, one silver lamé ( metallic) and one dark pink fuschia and purple , BM and flower girls . I still have pics up of all these, though not of many weddings, because they were among the most beautiful in setting and decorations of all weddings I have been to through the years. The ultimate formal tables are traditionally cut glass, silver, with snowy white linens. And with borealis colors of uplights, it was sparkly everywhere. One gave 5 inch dangling prisms as favors. With a theme of winter white, you really cannot go wrong. I like royal blue or dark pink or magenta or pink wine dresses with winter. And brides in pale gold. But since yours is in summertime, you might want to go lighter.
