Wedding colors help please

Lilia, on May 30, 2019 at 8:57 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 18
Hi all, ok so we had originally planned our wedding for December and set our colors as white black and gold with pops of burgundy. We bought some things in these colors already, however we decided to change the date. EVERYONE had an opinion about a December wedding in the Northeast so we moved our date up to November 9. Snow doesnt usually start until closer to Thanksgiving. Please help! Do these colors go for a Fall wedding? I really feel like they dont.... except for the Burgundy and gold. Any ideas to fix this would be more than welcome. Thank you!

I bought the linens and centerpieces. The centerpieces are just clear vases with acrylic ice on the bottom and floating candles with burgundy flowers around but the linens are all white and black. I'll add pictures as soon as I figure out how. Pictures on here always give me a run for my money.

We were originally doing all white and black with the occasional gold in the accents. Burgundy would come in the flowers.

I think those colors are great for fall. And it's your wedding, whatever you want to do you should regardless of what anyone has to say. Enjoy seeing your vision come to life.

Black and white is timeless and classic. I agree with everyone else that all 4 colors will be just as gorgeous is November as they would have been in December.

I think they can definitely work for fall as far as standard ‘style’ goes. I’m also a believer if you think something looks good and you love the colors, just go for it. It’s your wedding day, no need to confine yourself to seasonal rules!

I think these would be great colors for fall. And honestly in my opinion just do what you love. I am doing a fall wedding (Nov 8, 2020) and my colors are, Steel Grey, Blush and Rose Gold. Not fall colors at all, but I absolutely love my color scheme so I'm doing what I love!
