Wedding Colors for September

Are you more of a neutral color person? Or vibrant colors?

Have you considered using dark green or copper? Both of those colors fit with summer and fall.

If you want fall colors then use them. Many people start decorating for fall at the end of August. Don’t worry about the calendar.

Maybe tan and dark teal with pops of fucshia?

Kind of fall-ish, kind of summery still

I’m getting married September 17th,. Are colors are Dark rust and gold and we want to also have some white pumpkins mixed in with our decor!

I’m going to have white table cloths with this rust table runner (it looks orangish in this picture but I promise it’s darker in person) with my blackish gold lanterns and the table numbers I made then we will have eucalyptus and baby’s breath around it!

Navy and burgundy. The guys are gonna have grey suits

Hi! I’m getting married 9/10. I chose emerald green with mauve and plum flowers. Both moms are wearing plum and ushers are in brushed gold. Men will be in black suits with emerald pocket squares. I’m a very visual person so I created a vision board with pictures of dresses I wanted, decor I envisioned and typed of color pallets I’m interested in. I think the venue influences decisions of color pallets. My venue, St. James (pictured at an event but our wedding will be very similar looking to this) is very white and bright with beautiful stained glass. I wanted to incorporate moodiness of the dark green with the bright church and wanted to tie in purples that the mothers decided on and the lighting we will have for the reception. I highly suggest making visuals, i did mine with my with my bridesmaids since they picked their dresses out, to help figure out color of flowers. I found pictures of the dresses each BM chose and found flower combos that I was interested in to help form what I like best without physically having those items. Also keep in mind that things change so don’t be afraid to play around. My main pallet is: emerald, cream, plum, and gold. I made sure each color was cohesive with my party and the venue. I am later in September but I’m doing, ivory, greens, browns, tans, grays, and then highlighting only in the arch and centerpieces- dark burgundy and rust/ burnt orange colors.

I am the same weekend and am doing summer colors, but it depends on when it starts getting colder/when the trees start changing where you are located
