Wedding Color Palette

My FH and I are thinking about booking this venue and we’re struggling to decide on our wedding color palette. What color do you guys think we should do to balance the red&gold?

    Hello and congratulations!

Ummm.... I would go with white and gold.

The venue has enough color so I would go with something to tone it down. You can also consider using spandex chair covers in the ceremony area which will open the door for you to choose s color palette you both like.

The last piece of advice I can give is that if you can’t invision your wedding there without recking your brain or if the venue is causing you to give up on your original vision, then you might want to keep looking.

    Good luck!

I would probably do something neutral or just use red and gold. What about chair covers and then you could do whatever you want?

Red, white & good is a pretty combo (keep the chairs uncovered I think. To me covers are outdated).

If you wanted another color, a lot of greenery would be pretty. Or perhaps a steel/gray blue with that red might look nice.

I second the white and gold comment for the additional colors. The venue already has a lot of red and it needs to be balanced out. I think even putting gold napkins would tone down the red more and keep the table cloth white. You can get gold centerpieces and do white flowers with green accents.

I think Olive goes really well with red and cold. My colors were going to be Burgundy, Olive & Yellow until we changed plans and are now eloping.

An accent color of white would look pretty!

Hi there! I actually have a VERY similar color scheme for my venue. The chairs almost look identical to those! To balance it out, I am using hues of pinks for an ombre affect, as well as lots of greenery incorporated in the flowers. Smiley smile It just helps pull it together rather than the red looking so harsh (imo).

Some great inspiration posted above! What time of year are you getting married? Black is always a classic accent and definitely an option. Gold is gorgeous! blush might look nice too. Navy blue is another great option (looks like it would match the carpet well).
