We're having pre-ceremony music, but only using one song for the ceremony. The part of the song that I want to walk down the aisle to is 2 minutes in, which should be plenty of time for our small bridal party to walk down before me. Afterwards we'll have another song for our ceremony exit.

I used one song for my brother and his wife, my parents, his parents, the five pairs of wedding party members, and groom to walk to. I walked to a different song. I don't remember how long it played for but Im sure 3 minute is plenty since walks down the aisle don't usually go for long. You can certainly have different songs though for the groom for instance to walk to.

We had 1 for the processional then another for me walking down with my dad. Then one for the recessional.

We had one song for the mothers and bridal party to walk down to, another song for me and my dad to walk down to, and one recessional song that we walked down to then our guests followed us. Prior to the ceremony starting, we had music playing as guests arrived. The DJ picked those songs.
