Wedding celebration ideas!!

Hi ladies thank you for your time. All ideas are welcomed. So covid came and ruined all my original wedding plans. I ended up eloping in vegas but still have a venue to use since refunds are not an option to us. Since our original plans everything went down the drain. I lost my maid of honor. And our original layout was having my hubby's niece's and nephew's be part of our mini bridesmaids and groomsmen. That particular sister will no longer be coming to our wedding including her daughter's. And his mom won't either. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to include other members of his family that will be actually attending. I realize I'm kind of on my own on getting everything situated and i just need ideas. Thank you!!
