Wedding cape - yay or nay?

Hi! So I just bought my dress a couple weeks ago and it’s so sparkly and goddess-like I love it! I know it’s way early for this but now that I have the dress I’ve started thinking about accessories and am considering getting a sparkly cape to go with it. I’m thinking something like this:
Wedding cape - yay or nay? 1

Or maybe even one with a hood like this:
Wedding cape - yay or nay? 2

But I of course wanna be 100% sure it would go with my dress! Here’s a picture of said dress:Wedding cape - yay or nay? 3
So I’m looking for other brides opinions! Would a cape go with/add to the sparkly magic? Or would it take away from what’s already there??

    I think a cave can go with any dress other than a 4 ft wide ball gown. I want a fitted sheath dress and plan on getting a cape. I wouldn't get a hooded cape unless I was having a whimsical forest wedding... it reminds me of Snow White/Briar Rose.

    The dress I'm eyeing has a cape very similar to the first photo you posted; I love it, but I'm also clearly biased! Still, I say go for it! Your dress is STUNNING, by the way!

    Yes definitely! I am also doing a cape and it is based off of that first one you posted. But the hooded one would be very nice too!
