Wedding cake for 300 guests

My FH and I decided to only do two different flavors on our wedding cake to keep the cost down since we are feeding so many. I am already doing a lavender and lemon flavored layer which is our favorite. Any suggestions on flavors that would complement it?

    I would do something kind of basic, like vanilla.

    You should do something crowd-pleasing for the second flavor. For our largest tier, we did a white cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream that was to die for. I think that would complement your first selection well.

    I would do a more basic flavor . Especially since your having such an exotic flavor ..

    We chose a white cake with strawberry filling a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and a carrot cake with cream cheese filling

    Yeah definitely do something that is basic like pp have said. I would be hesitant to have a lemon lavender.
