We're having an early afternoon brunch reception for about 80 people and are trying to figure out our menu. I know it's been asked before, but looking for additional perspectives on preferences for a brunch buffet vs plated.
Either would have a couple of meat/seafood/veggie options and sweet/savory options, plus hopefully one station, but of course the buffet would have extra variety. There will be a cocktail hour with passed items as well.
I was leaning for the "ease" of plated but have heard so many people say they'd prefer a buffet for brunch that now I'm unsure. Buffet is the default but the menu can be customized and the price difference is negligible. Thanks
