I showed a few pictures to my FH and he chose what he liked. He ended up like the stainless steel version in person so we went for that. We both got our rings at Kays Jewelers and they had sales going on for my FH’s ring. Also my band came as a set with my engagement ring so it saved me the troubles of having to search for a separate one

We actually had a lazy day and stayed in bed surfing the web for rings for him lol I threw tradition out the window and didn’t go with a band for my wedding ring but he was pretty adamant about sticking with a band for him :p

He currently wears a blue and white stainless steel engagement band:

And personally I find it gorgeous on him and kinda wish I didn’t offer to get him another ring for our wedding haha. That was the only ring I didn’t ask him anything about because I wanted his proposal to be a surprise! This was his favorite colors so I knew this was the one to do it with.

For his wedding band though, he surprised me with his choice:

When we saw it online we were both drawn to the shiny blue lol But I was very surprised he’d want to go with a black ring. But I love it, such a contrast to his current one! And as long as he loves it, I didn’t mind the crazy price :p (His first ring was $119 but I got it on a Black Friday sale for just around $80 and his wedding band is setting us back about $345)

In person it’s much more understated:

FH picked out his ring, but he made sure it went along with mine. What I had picked out was nothing like what he wanted so I’m glad he told me before I made the purchase! The ring I got him is tungsten with rose gold in the center to match my set! It looks like the photo I have attached! ☺️ I also engraved a cute little quote we say to each other all the time on the inside!

We are picking our bands out together! We are both equally picky about jewelry lol. I think I've narrowed down the one I want but we are all over the place with his. I've always liked the idea of having his engraved mainly because I had his promise ring engraved.

His promise ring says "I love you the most" & we have this "war" on who loves who the mostest (I know I know, we are hella sappy lol) so I've always liked the thought of having his band engraved saying "I love you the mostest" or "I will always love you the mostest" but it depends on if whatever ring we decide on can be engraved & the character limit. If I can get it engraved I'll def be surprising him with it!
