Wedding Bands w/ Solitaire E-Ring Suggestions!

My diamond is smaller than yours but it's also a taller setting. This is what I chose to go with it. I also had a hard time finding something!

Odd question, but how new is your e ring? Mine was a family heirloom and I kept disliking everything with it, saying diamond wedding bands were too shiny next to the plain band of my e ring, and just wasn't happy with anything. The salesman took a close look at my ring and told me since the ring was older I needed the rhodium plating (normal for white gold) redone. They did it within 20 minutes for $20, and when I got it back it was so much shinier and any scratches were gone, and suddenly everything looked much better with it!

I went with a wrap because my setting is a little tall but also has a heart in the band and most wedding bands that I looked at concealed it. (We actually just bought our rings yesterday, just waiting on my size to come in and I'm so excited!!)

My solitaire also sits higher and I wanted bands to be flush...I finally found one I loved that was lower profile so it sat flush with e-ring and under the head of solitaire

Mine is a marquis solitaire and I had an issue as well cuz my ring was to tall as well. I got a wedding ring that my engagement ring sides inside. It goes on both sides of the ring. Works great. I got it at a beldens jewelers

I like my plain band with my high set solitaire.

Have u thought about getting it custom made. That what I did so it fit perfect

This is my band and I also have a solitaire on a plain band. It's SUPER thin though so it doesn't change the way my ring fits!

My e ring sounds like the description you gave. I have tried on wedding bands already and will probably be going with the 'guard' style, where it is on both sides. The one I fell in love with has smaller diamonds the same shape as the solitaire, for an overall complimentary 'look'. I would suggest trying the double band! I was thinking single eternity band at first, which to me is so dainty, beautiful, and timeless, but I think depending on your ring's shape, you should try the guard style.

I wouldn't call my setting super tall but it's definitely not short.. mine came as a set and obviously the band matches the band of my e ring, but it's very thin,

We were first going to put a gold solid ring underneath. The sales lady at kesslers actually suggested what I have. I love it and I think it makes the diamond stand out more!!!!

I felt the same way when I was looking for a band! But when I found this one, I fell in love!!

My setting is also "tall" gets caught on everything but - I'm doing two .25 carat bands to use as a guard/wrap. In the photo, we were choosing the diamond and the bands so that's why it isn't all the way on my finger. But, we got two of the bottom bands and I'll wear both after we get married. I'm going to get the two bands soldered together so that when I don't want to wear the solitaire, I'll have the two bands on.
