I would probably try to find a band that has the same diamonds as the round side stones on your ring. If you want something that sits flush, you’ll probably have to speak to a jeweler about custom making a ring. You may also be able to find one that has a bit of a v shaped curve that fits the point of the heart.

You can also consider “rocking the gap” where you get a band that doesn’t sit flush to have two distinct rings. This depends on your preferences since people have strong feelings about that lol. But just go to a jeweler and play around with different looks and see what you like!

I would look for a simple yellow gold ring with no diamonds. Very easy to find

I would go with something simple and arching with some matching stones, like this.
