My fiancé didn’t initially want one (he’s not the jewelry type but also can’t wear it everyday because of work) but I told him he needed something for ceremony purposes and when we go to nice places. We went together but he picked out what he wanted. I bought it for him seeing I told him he needed it.

We went to the jeweler to look and try on rings because we thought it was a nice wedding activity to do together. It didn't even occur to us to do it separately haha. We both tried several options on and of course asked the other what they thought, but as long as he was happy with the ring he picked out I didn't really care what it looked like.

I'm letting my fiance pick his out. I'm buying him 2 rings, a nice fancy one for when we go out and a silicone band for when he works. He's an electrician so he really shouldn't wear a metal ring at work. I already bought the silicone ring and he loves it and wears it everyday.

I think you can easily shop for amazing options and deals online for wedding bands, so it would be easy to show him lots of options and choose together.

We picked it out together. Which im glad because I would have chosen one with diamonds to match my ring but after trying one on we realized it wasn't his style. Did not look right on him at all. So we ended up choosing a plain white gold band.

We picked them out together. I wanted something that represented my heritage. I knew the rings I wanted for my wedding band since I was a kid. My FH doesn’t wear jewelry but he liked the meaning and tradition behind the one I wanted and decided he wanted that style too.

Both. I took my fiancée to the store and let her pick out five rings and then I went back to decide which one.

He picked it out with some practical input from me that he requested. I asked that he matched one thing about my ring (nature themed or, color, or metal color etc). He never wore a ring before. He didn't understand the jeweler's timeline, fit, rings in general. So, he asked me questions. He found a jeweler he really liked about 2 months out.


He thought he wanted a 8 mm band but I suggested we try a 6 mm and 8 mm band and wear a test ring for a day (cheap, comfortable $10 ring). He tried to play guitar with the 8 mm and hated it. So he decided to go with a 6 mm meteorite ring.
He also thought he wanted wood but the jeweler advised him against it. He has a job where he works with wood. It was a process but he is happy with it.

If he picked your engagement ring you should pick his wedding band. If you pick the engagement ring together then you should pick his wedding band together.

I picked it and bought his ring! We went together for FH to choose design options and ring fitting. It was a great experience and most of all he chose his style.
