Wedding Band Woes - Show Me Your Rings! 1

Hi Brides

Amidst all the COVID-19 wedding dramas (our wedding is 12 December so we are hoping everything will be a ok!) I am struggling with what type of wedding band I will get.
I am unsure if I should have the band made to fit my center diamond and interlock, or just have a standard band. Can my fellow pear diamond wearers show me their engagement / wedding ring combos to help with visual inspiration?

Love your ring! You should go with whatever you like ☺️ I ended up finding a band with a slight curve that sits around the thicker end of the pear pretty nicely.

Beautiful ring! Mine came as a bridal set so I am just wearing the engagement ring right now but the last two are with the added band.

I love these posts and seeing so many beautiful rings!

We picked my ring together. It’s a handmade band from an artisan in Norway with a vintage champagne round diamond. It’s so sweet and perfect!

Mine is an oval, but this is my ring with a ring guard/enhancer. I've been wearing it for almost a month, and its actually super comfy.

I don’t have a pear, but my suggestion is to think about whether or not you want to wear the band alone. If you plan to sometimes leave the engagement ring at home and just wear the band (which many people do for multiple reasons), a band that has a deep curve will look awkward by itself.

I'm married and I only wear my engagement ring. It's vintage and special all on its own. It was my engagement ring when we got engaged, and a wedding ring now that we're married. Besides, what would I put with this? Please excuse my old lady hands.

Not a pear, but mine’s an oval. I didn’t want a custom band so I got my setting changed so I could slide my band flush against my ring
