Wedding band input

Sara, on July 17, 2016 at 3:02 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 11

I just started looking at wedding bands. Attached is a photo of one I tried on and liked. Originally I thought I needed something wider but the saleswoman said this is the style now. Looking for opinions - do you like this band style with my ering or is there another style you would suggest? FH thinks this looks like one ring with a double band vs ering and wedding band.

It sort of does look like a double band e ring. It's very pretty though. The jeweler we went to suggested I think about what I would want my band to look like if it were by itself without the e ring (I don't plan on always wearing both as my e ring snags sometimes). I chose a thicker band that would be a bit more noticeable on its own thanks to her advice.

I have the same type of ring as you do and plan on getting a band like that. But I have always loved tiny bands and ever ring I own has a tiny band. It's all about your preference

It depends on the style you want. I want 2 rings that look separate. But it's up to you. It does look like 1 ring to me

I need my rings to go together. I'm going to do a simple band-- white gold with little diamonds around it.

I did the two different rings thing because I didn't like the double banded look. It made my engagement stone look off center.

I saw this on Pinterest and fell in love with it. My rings look almost exactly like this.

The sales associate said it was the style now so that doesn't necessarily mean it will be later. The fact you mentioned it looks like a double banded E-ring means you noticed it--does this bother you? Is it something you'll see when you look at your ring 10 years from now sigh and think, I wish it was more distinguished from my E-ring?

Think about what you really want, what you think you'll love 20-30 years from now and try on as many bands as you need to decide that and find one you will adore forever.

I love that combo! I’m trying to find something to go with my round halo ering now!
