Wedding attire

Hello everyone!


So I am in a bit of a dilemma, I am looking for the best solution. I am getting married in May, (yay!) my dilemma is the following: my groomsmen are wearing dark wash blue jeans, medium brown boots, a dress shirt (white) and a dusty blue vest. I am not sure yet on a tie or a bowtie. Depending on what the groom picks. My groom, is wearing a light Khaki colored/cream jacket to give a more formal feel. Anyways, my brother who Is 15 years old, will be assisting us with my fiancé and I’s daughter who is our flower girl. She will be eight months old at the time so she will be in a wagon. My brother would like to dress accordingly to our attire. My problem is he nor my father will not wear cowboy boots because they have very wide feet, neither does. Would it be off if they wore dress shoes that are the same color brown as the rest of the party?
