If I was in your situation , I don't know that I would wear it though. I think I would save it and coordinate a vowel exchange for my friends and family before the reception, so I could get the whole wedding experience. That's just my opinion. It is your day and you have the opportunity to do whatever you want!

I think we're dress twins! We had to change our original wedding plans too and are now planning to go to the courthouse and get married there. I'm definitely planning to wear my dress to the courthouse (and we'll probably do our wedding pictures after that) so I say go for it!

And you should feel free to wear your dress a second time to the reception later if you want to too! No one will judge you, I'm sure they'll just be happy to celebrate with you

We were thinking about doing a courthouse wedding for a bit before postponing instead i was gonna wear my big poofy ball gown with pride xD. You will not be the first person to do it, and you will not be the last. If it makes you feel happy and special, go for it.

Definitely!! I think we're going to do something similar and I'm definitely going to wear it for the smaller just us ceremony as well as our reception later! an upside to the virus stuff is that in way we get two days so make em both yours!! congratulations!!
