So lately I’ve been having a lot of wedding anxiety. Just worrying about what could go wrong. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Please tell me I’m not alone🤣

Anxiety is normal for some people and especially when talking about something as big as a wedding. Just try to not worry about things. Something likely won’t go as planned but most of the time you are the only one that knows something wasn’t perfect. Your wedding will be beautiful and the small things that go wrong won’t really matter at the end of the night. Put things in to perspective and remember what the day is about. Good luck.

You're not alone!! Just last night I was dreaming my dress arrived and I couldn't fit in it because I had gained weight 😟

Totally normal! If it makes you feel any better, honestly all the things that went wrong at my wedding were the funny stories in hindsight 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just do what you can to avoid things going wrong, but accept that some things WILL go wrong anyway... and when they do, just have the right attitude about it! Realize how lucky you are to be marrying the love of your life and really, nothing else matters!

    Hi Amber,

You're not alone, I think we all feel that way, I still have 13 months to wait, and I'm stressed already, I'm hating my dress, hating my shoes, hating my colors, but that's what we 👰 do, look at my 👗 perfectly lovely dress, and I'm hating it!!!!!!!It's Stella York, style 6979 from 2019 collection if you care to Google it, why do I hate it now????? What's wrong with me????

Anxiety is totally normal. However, I can almost guarantee that some things will go wrong. One of my bridesmaids gave me the best advice on my wedding day: pick 3 things to really care about and let the rest go. As Gen said, the mishaps and up creating the best stories.

No you're not alone. Lol have you had the dreams yet or just the planning anxiety? I wake up laughing at some of the things I stress at in my dreams - showing up to my wedding, day of with nothing - that's the newest.

Just take a deep breath and let it out. You have plenty of time to plan and regardless of what happens day of you are marrying the man of your dreams. Keep that in mind! Good luck!

You are not alone! I had a lot of anxiety during the planning process. Now that I am 53 days out, I am not as anxious because everything is done. We're just waiting on the rest of our RSVP's to be returned (the due date is 1/15/20), before we can do anything else regarding seating charts and place cards. I do know the few weeks leading up to the wedding I'm going to be very anxious.

I will say, one thing my FSIL keeps telling me is to prepare for something to go wrong the day of the wedding. She said most of the time, things do go wrong, but that I should just let it go because often times there is nothing that can be done about it. At her wedding, her caterer was 2 hours late. Her ceremony was supposed to begin at 3pm. The caterer was supposed to be there at 2pm to have everything set up for the cocktail hour at 3:30. They but did not arrive until almost 4pm delaying her ceremony until after they arrived.
