Wedding accessories

Hey ladies! I am now 79 days away from my wedding date (again lol) and I am about to get my first dress fitting.
I have yet to get my wedding shoes and my veil. I really want a veil but the store I bought my dress charged like $500-$800 for a veil and I think that is outrageously expensive for a veil.
I was looking at a website named JJs House (JJshouse.com) and was wondering if anyone has ordered from there and if you have, what was your experience? Thank you!

Several brides here had great with Blanca Veils and Bridals by Teri. I loved my veil from the latter. $35, sweep length & soft!

Most reviews are hit or miss. Plus you have overseas charges.

Etsy is fairly inexpensive and you can set the search filters for US shops only.

I personally haven't purchased anything from them, though I've heard of a few people purchasing things from JJs House and having good experiences! Double check the reviews of the item you plan to purchase, and if there are pictures of the item from real customers, check those out too. For veils, also check out Etsy, there are cheaper options available on that site as well.

I didn’t think to try Etsy for shoes or veils so I will definitely check it out. Thank you!

I didn’t want to spend a ton of money for my veil but I wanted a long veil. I got my veil and headpiece from JJs House and they are perfect. The whole ordering process was fine. No problems at all.
    This is my veil.

I got my dress from JJs house and had great luck! However I did order my Veil from etsy because JJs house did not have what I wanted, but I would have ordered from them.

https://www.etsy.com/shop/simplyweddingdesign is the etsy shop I ordered from. It was 21 bucks!

Have you considered asking your seamstress to make you a veil? Mine could make a veil, using fabric from my dress (that was hemmed off) as a boarder, for $150! Much cheaper, custom, and will match your dress perfectly.

You could always find a beautiful veil on Etsy for a much lower price as well. It's worth a look

The amazing lady at the bridal salon where I bought my dress told me not to buy a veil at the shop. She specifically suggested JJ's House and said her and their seamstress both have seen beautiful veils at a fraction of the price. I honestly felt really weird about how inexpensive they are, but my coworker just ordered 2 from there and said they were both soft and perfect so I am taking the chance and ordered last week. Just waiting for it to be delivered now. I figure if I don't like it I still have time to look elsewhere.
