Wearing rose gold jewellery for my wedding

I think rose gold can look bridal. It just depends on your colors overall. (Mine were blue and silver, so it would’ve looked weird!) If you prefer it, wear it.

What color gold is entirely preferential. Whether it’s white gold, yellow, or rose, any metal color can look bridal. If you love the rose gold, wear it! It would look lovely with that dress.

If rosegold jewelry feels more authentic to who you are, wear it! You want to feel like your best self on your wedding day, not like you are wearing a costume of a “bride”.

There is nothing about rose gold that is not bridal. Everyone has their preferences and personal style and some people don’t look good in certain colors including silver. If you are wearing something as a bride, then it is bridal by default. Most jewelry is dainty enough that people don’t notice the color if it’s flattering or clashes even when they are up close. Toss social media and wedding industry expectations out the window.


If you love it then wear it. If you don’t, then don’t wear it.
