From the looks of it, the sleeves look fairly thin so I think you should be fine. Idk if your ceremony and reception are both outside but maybe there could be misters set up or a tent gazebo. I think you could easily alter that dress to make it sleeveless or with short sleeves.

Wow, your dress perfectly suits you! I could see you taking the sleeves off and having someone turn them into a bolero that you could wear during the ceremony and then take off if you get hot after. It just depends if you run hot or not. For me, on my wedding day I was warm the whole day from all of the emotions I was feeling and having all eyes on me so I knew I needed to have no sleeves.
