Waterfront Ceremony Near Glen Allen, Va?

I have another post about doing a ceremony in VA beach, but I found a reception spot I really like in the Glen Allen area and was wondering if anyone knew of a waterfront ceremony spot relatively close? We are expecting to do a ceremony followed with dinner, drinks and a cake but I’m still missing a ceremony spot. All I’ve ever wanted is to get married by water. I don’t want my guests to drive too far to the reception but I think maybe 30 minutes or less might be reasonable? Thanks!
