Warm and reasonable cities for a spring wedding

I feel like my options are limited… looking for a place it doesn’t snow in February where there is a huge Nigerian presence for our traditional wedding.

    Look into Dallas and Houston. I have Nigerian acquaintances from both cities who have talked about the Nigerian community being significant. And it USUALLY doesn't snow in Texas but then again we're in weird times! Last February was a trip and it snowed us all in for a week. So far we're having normal temperatures for winter.
