I have a couple songs in mind that I wanna use as I walk down the aisle, but havent made up my mind yet.

Is anybody else doing this?

I have chosen "God Gave Me You" by Blake Shelton. I wasn't sure what I was gonna walk down the aisle to because I wanted a song that represented not only me and FH love for each other but the love that me and my father have. And this song is perfect in both ways. My dad has always told me that God gave me to him(he only got to see my older sister on and off until she was 18 because of her mother. And before he met my mom he had another daughter who died shortly after being born) so when I heard this song for the first time I knew that was the one. Then in my eyes, my FH came to me at the perfect time in my life. I believe I endured alot when came to men just so I would know that he was the one.

My husband and I decided we are going to have music playing while the guests get seated and wait for the ceremony to start. I would really like to walk down the isle to "hands tied" by toni braxton. That or "every breath" by boyce avenue. Thinking every breath is the song for me to walk down to.

I don't think you have to be "mutually exclusive"... meaning you CAN avoid playing love songs all night... and you can include them at other times throughout your day.

We often sneak in a love song or two during cocktails, dinner and maybe one or two during dance sets. We very seldom do more than four or five slow songs... that would be too many, unless it's an older crowd.

Hello, I'm a newbie, but I wanna join in too! I plan on going down the aisle to Corinne Bailey Rae's "Like a Star". Haven't decided on if just the instrumental or the full song.

I love music myself! I am having my girls walk down to a variety of love songs. And I am walking down to At Last By: Etta James. I love that song and it fits me and my FH perfectly.

I'll have to see what FH comes up with. He's in charge of choosing the music
