Waist trainer for under wedding dress??

Hey ladies! October 6th bride here. So my wedding dress is a zip up back and I was just wondering if anyone else with a zip up dress wore some sort of waist trainer or cincher? I’m really looking into it, as well as excersising and dieting, I just want to look a little more flat bellied and thin! Any ideas on where to get a comfortable one? I’m really really worried that my dress won’t zip up without one, even though I does zip up I just feel like I might gain too much weight! Wedding nerves are real!!

I totally get where you’re coming from! The stress is real! Look up different waist trainers designed specifically for wearing under wedding dresses cause some have really thick material it may make you really uncomfortable and hot! Also keep in mind that even tho you can zip dress up with waist trainer make sure you’re comfortable sitting down with the dress! Good luck ❤️

I would look into a good corset style bra. The one I used to try on dresses at DB made my waist look so much flatter and was not super uncomfortable. I plan on going back there to purchase one closer to the date in case by some miracle I lose weight so it's not too big lol

Hi! Mine is zip up. I suggest ordering some and seeing what works and what is comfortable. I'm planning on wearing this one because of the cut of my dress but they make others as well.

If you have Amazon Prime, you could order a few options that will get to you in two days to see what would work best for you, and their return policy is so super easy that whichever ones you don't like you can just send right back! I also know that Etsy has a few shops that make custom waist cinchers/corset type garments that you could design to look like bridal lingerie!
Spanx is a GREAT brand as mentioned above by Nicole! You can order directly from their website, but amazon does offer them as well! Hope this helps!
