Debating on doing our own vows? Any suggestions if we do our own vows how and what to write in them?

Personalized vows you'd want to try and keep between 1 and 3 mins. To help with that you can always practice reading it and time yourself. Just say what's on your heart. How your significant other makes you feel. How you love them and plans you guys have together. Throwing in a few jokes never hurts either. You can talk very briefly about like how/where you met/your first date.

We did our own vows. But you can even just take a template and make it into your own.

Writing your own vows is a great idea, and amazing way to really personalize your ceremony. When I was feeling stuck/needed inspiration to write my vows, I like to watch wedding videos and hear what other people said. Also, there's plenty of vow templates and "how to's" out there, so just do a google search if you're feeling lost!
