Vow Renewal wedding ceremony rental - nj

I'm looking for a area in New Jersey for a Vow Renewal wedding ceremony. Something either outside or inside, but it was going to be the summer so I really wanted something outside. However, I'm looking for a place with seating. I called a couple places and you can easily rent an area outside but they don't allow seats, so all the guests just need to stand. Even if it's a gazebo area. This is for my in-laws. Anyone live in the area that can help a gal out? Thanks in advance.
