Vow Renewal Ceremony/Reception Ideas -Help!!!!

We are renewing our vows in December after 26 years. We worded the invites that we are the ones inviting the guests........... and...... would be honored by your presence as we renew our vows on december 27, 2014. We did programs, im not doing garter, veil, throwing bouquet but instead of the unity candle we are doing a memory candle since we have lost loved ones over the years to remember them.

Thanks for sharing. I like the memory candle idea, both my mom and father in law past away, so this would be a great idea to add!

Congrats on planning your vow renewal. Hubby and I just renewed our vows in August celebrating our 10th anniversary. Here's what our invites looked like. We didn't do programs. We had our original BM and MOH and I did a search online for vow renewal ceremony vows and tweaked it to fit us.

We had a short ceremony and our reception was a sit down dinner with open bar. We did first look pics, had a DJ, photographer, videographer and photo booth. It was very "weddingy".

Thanks Nay...you have been a big help since I joined wedding wire in 2013. I went online a little while ago and found some very cute invite wording ideas. We wanted the whole wedding feel since we didn't have a wedding when we first got married. I liked your idea of naming the tables, I'm gonna borrow that if you don't mind.
