Hi! I have been thinking about ordering my wedding invitations from Vistaprint, does anyone have any advice or experience ordering from them? I was interested in the Hemp paper, because of the thickness and the texture, but it looks like the design turns grey in the preview? Any advice or thoughts are welcome!

Usually most print shops and companies allow you to order a "sample" of your invitation prior to committing to a full order.

They did, but for some reason didn't include the hemp paper

I would reach out to their customer service/ customer care department to request a call back or a live chat and explain the situation. If they don't get back to you within a week, I would consider Zazzle, or going to a local print shop and seeing what your options are.
