What are the most important questions to ask when touring a venue? I want to make sure I get all the things I need to know

Is this an all inclusive venue or DIY?
Do they have a list of preferred vendors, if so, are you required to use them?
Are tables, chairs, linens, etc. included?
Are you allowed to use candles, sparkles, confetti?
Do they have a coordinator on site the day of your wedding?
Can you host your rehearsal there?
Can you bring in your own alcohol?
What is the max capacity?
How much is the deposit? Is it refundable if you cancel?
If you need to postpone, do you lose your deposit?
How many hours will you have the venue for?
If there are any outdoor spaces, do they provide heaters?

If you message me your email address, I can send you the 3 page document I created when touring venues. It's a Word doc, so you can type directly into it or print it and fill it in during your tours (which is what I did).

On top of what everyone said, I would add the following:
1. What is the price after taxes and fees are included
2. If outside ceremony, what is the back up plan for weather.
