I would strongly caution against using a "friendor" for your catering. I've seen too many stories here where "friends" promise a service and then don't deliver. This is too important an occasion to take the risk. Hire a professional caterer or find a venue with catering. Besides, your friend should be a guest and enjoy the wedding, not an employee.
