Hi Cynthia. You'd have to call your local Parks & Recreation department to ask their policies. Take a nice drive with your partner and see if there are any locations you can imagine your ceremony and/or reception, and look up websites. The Parks Dept will also quote you fees and permits.

You can also try any local college campuses or libraries for outdoor spaces. They definitely will require permission for pictures and/or use of space. Good luck.
