Hey Cassarah!! Generally speaking, some banquet halls, parks, and community halls like VFWs allow you to bring your own food and drinks. They're also can be bigger and sometimes more affordable than other venue types.
Are you looking for anything else in particular in a venue? Indoor or outdoor?

I'm not sure where in Michigan you are looking but I know Cobblestone Farms in AA as well as two venues on Belle Isle allow you to bring you own food and beverages.
