Venue 311 in Plantersville, TX has great prices, a max capacity of 250 (which can work very well with capacity changes during a pandemic) and the staff there aim to go above and beyond. They have a decor closet at hand with wedding signage, lanterns, candle holders, etc. that you may need but not necessarily may want to purchase for the long run. They have an outdoor ceremony site as well as a chapel at hand for indoor/rainy day weather.

We are using Brennan's Houston. It is a restaurant in the midtown area with a beautiful courtyard for ceremony and (I believe) 7 rooms to choose from for private dining/reception. The restaurant only charges a food/drink minimum. (https://www.brennanshouston.com/)
