Hey ladies, would love some help thinking of questions. I have a virtual tour with a venue out of state this week. Since I'm not going to be able to see it in person or have someone see it in person on my behalf I would like to make sure I ask all the questions I need to. To add it is an all inclusive venue so it comes with everything except photography. Does anyone have input on what questions are necessary to ask or wish they asked when you toured. I recommend asking about their covid policies regarding reschedules, cancellations and guest limits.

Here are some questions you could ask:

-What is the deposit amount?
-What are the cancellation/postponement/COVID policies?
-How long would we be able to use the space for?
-If we wanted extra time on the day of our wedding, what is the additional cost?
-How many people can this venue hold? Does that number include vendors?
-What decor items are allowed? What decor items are not permitted?
-Do you have a bridal suite or somewhere to get ready on site?

To add on:
- What time is the space available for set up prior to
Start time? - Is any decor provided? I just found out mine comes with table #’s which is one less thing to do. - Is there a day of coordinator or Matre D? This is key to have. - Is there a hotel room block for guests? - Is uplighting provided?
