Hi LaToya! Are you just looking for a venue space to rent for 5k? Or does that cost include food & booze for your guests?? A lot of venue pricing is dependent on the number of guests you're inviting!
Beautiful Beginnings Farm in Newborn has a rental rate that ranges from $2,500-$4,000 and Lawrenceville Female Seminary and Isaac Adair House rents for under $1,000!

You should also check out Costley Mill Park, Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center, McDaniel Farm Park, Gwinnett Historic Courthouse, Treehouse Studios, The Chapel at Simpsonwood Park, and Dunwoody Nature Center.
